episode one

Okay, let's see how this works.  Thoughts displayed publicly.  Why not?  I find I write mostly in times of great transition.  This is one of those, full of excitement, fear, joy and pain and no lack of intensity at any given moment.  I have a lot of things to be happy about and many many things to be mourning at the moment.  I am typically one of those people who hides until the coast is clear, but not this time.  I'm much smarter, wiser, bolder and generally willing to take it all on these days.  So bring it.  I may falter, I may drop to my knees ... but I always get back up and each time I do, I'm better than before.
